Reset Password using Microsoft Authenticator
Use this option to reset or unlock your account using Microsoft Authenticator for Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).

* Note: This option requires enrollment in the Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR) service. If you are currently locked out of your account and not enrolled in SSPR, use the option below to reset your password using RSA OTP and IVS. Once your password is reset, you can self-enroll in SSPR by clicking here.

Use this option to reset or unlock your account using RSA One-Time Password (OTP) and your Identity Verification System (IVS) security questions.
